Vision AI deployment
Sound familiar?
01
95% accuracy on a laptop.
Then it dropped frames on the store device.
02
Worked at the pilot site.
Then it drifted at the next twelve.
03
Detects the event.
But nothing reaches your POS, WMS or VMS.
04
The vendor moved on.
And nobody in-house can maintain it.
The model is rarely the problem. Deployment is.
1
Start here
In two weeks we find exactly why your pilot stalled. You get a scored report, a rollout plan and the acceptance spec for fixing it.
Two weeks

Pilot-to-Production Sprint
Scoped by the audit
3
Ongoing
We monitor accuracy and uptime, retrain when sites change, and roll out to new locations.
Monthly
Stalled pilot to production in 8–10 weeks.
Audit two weeks, sprint six to eight weeks, scoped by the audit.

Smart parking with Inductive Robotics.
[Add: number of sites or vehicles, device, latency, weeks to deliver.]

With limited data, Cortal Insight enabled us to train effective models and uncover high-impact opportunities in our industrial workflows. Their platform has become essential for identifying and scaling CV use cases.
Madhav Ayyagiri
CEO, Inductive Robotics
Cortal Insight’s ready-to-use vision models let us skip months of dev work and launch a working prototype faster than we thought possible. It reshaped our roadmap and freed up our engineering team to focus on core features.
01
Measured, not promised.
Every sprint is tested against numbers agreed up front — accuracy, latency, uptime, cost per site.
02
Built for your hardware.
We optimise the devices already in your sites before anyone buys new ones.
03
Tested parts, not a blank page.
Every engagement starts from components proven on real deployments.
04
You keep the system.
Your code, your models, documented for your team to run.
05
Senior engineers on your problem.
The people on the first call do the work.
01
MANUFACTURERS
Passed the pilot. Never reached the line.
Detections never reach the PLC or MES.
Accuracy drifts between shifts and plants.
OT security reviews add months.
77% of automotive vision pilots never reach full deployment.²
02
OPERATORS
Works in one site. Breaks in the next fifty.
Every site has different cameras, lighting and layouts.
On-site devices can’t run the pilot model fast enough.
Alerts never reach POS, WMS or the shift.
Manufacturing plants, retail chains, restaurant groups, warehouses, parking.
03
INTEGRATORS
The bid needs vision engineers you don’t employ.
Win vision work without building a team.
No hiring risk between projects.
We work under your contract and brand.
You own the contract and the line.

What happens if the system does not meet the agreed specification?
The acceptance specification is written during the audit; accuracy, latency, uptime and cost per site and measured on your hardware and your footage, not ours. The success fee on a sprint is payable only when the system meets it.
Who owns the code and models?
You do. The code, trained models and documentation we produce for your system are yours, with no licence back to us and no dependency on us to keep running them. Our reusable components; the pieces we bring from previous deployments remain ours and are licensed to you perpetually for use within your system. We will tell you during the audit exactly which parts fall into which category, so there are no surprises at handover.
How is our video data handled?
Footage stays in your environment wherever it is technically possible, and we work on your infrastructure rather than moving data to ours. Where a sample must be moved for training or diagnosis, we agree the scope, storage location and deletion date in writing first. We sign your NDA and data processing agreement before we are given access to anything, and we work to your retention and access-control requirements rather than asking you to adopt ours.
Do you work on-site?
We work on-site in India and Canada. Elsewhere in North America we work remotely alongside your engineering team, or with your systems integrator handling the on-site work while we handle the vision engineering. In practice most of a deployment is remote regardless of location.
Do we need to replace our current vendor?
No, and we usually recommend against it. In most engagements we stabilise the system that already exists and return it to the people already running it. Replacing a vendor mid-project costs months and loses the context that’s already been built. If the existing system genuinely cannot be salvaged we will say so in the audit, with the reasoning, before you have committed to anything further.
A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a salesperson. We’ll tell you whether an audit is worth it.
